Trufold hydrophilic foldable lenses (posterior chamber, single piece) are made out of Poly HEMA special grade material, ( Nd:YAG laser compatible ) imported from the USA, and it is biocompatible and proven, This material has remained safe in patients eyes. EXCEL has introduced Trufold hydrophilic foldable lenses in 2 models with open haptics ( in 5.75 and 6.00 mm ) and in 6.00 mm with conventional haptic. The quality & performance of Trufold lenses have been consistently good post implantation. The Trufold pack comes with a set of a disposable injector and a cartridge.

Trufold is a single piece, bio convex hydrophilic acrylic IOL with 2 unique designed loop angle with suitable refractive index. It is a soft foldable IOL that can be implanted without requiring an enlarged incision. The unique design and excellent finishing makes it a very popular with all surgeons.
